Filter Bags BPONG BPENG
The most commonly used liquid filtration bags on the market are those made from polypropylene felt (PONG) and polyester felt (PENG). These offered felt bags are fully welded, which means that the production process joins the material without the use of stitches. This technology completely eliminates the possibility of “bypasses” – uncontrolled leakage paths that would allow liquid to circumvent the filtration area and potentially contaminate the filtered fluid.
In traditionally sewn filter bags, bypasses cannot be avoided, as the sewing process creates needle holes through which unwanted contaminants may pass. Welding filter bags ensures highly sealed seams, resulting in increased filtration efficiency and a significant improvement in the quality of the purified liquid.
Additionally, the smooth surface of welded bags prevents fiber migration, which is essential for maintaining liquid purity. As a result, using this advanced production technology not only improves filtration efficiency but also enhances the quality of the final product by eliminating potential leak points and fiber migration.
• Bags are completely welded, eliminating the risk of leaks.
• The smooth surface effectively prevents fiber migration.
• Contaminants are retained inside the bag and do not escape.
• Bags contain no silicone, which could cause crater formation.
• Bag replacement is quick and easy.
• Available with a self-sealing plastic collar or metal ring.

FSI Filter Bags
FSI bag filters are typically manufactured from three types of steel: carbon steel and corrosion-resistant stainless steels 304 and 316L. These units are designed for broad versatility, both in terms of the industries they serve and the range of liquids they can process. The filter bags are available in six standard sizes. Each unit is configured for use with self-sealing collar filter bags, which also make bag replacement fast and convenient.
